Production line for thermobonded nonwoven designed for automotive applications. This line configuration makes it possible to feed up to 4 different components by using virgin or regenerated fibres with different finenness features. Line productivity exceeds 1,000 kg/h and the final product weight ranges from 400 to 3,000 g/m² for the manufacture of various internal components designed for cars and trucks. Final product width up to 3,500 mm and, for special applications, the use of a needle-punching machine is provided for before the thermobonding section.
