opening and blending section

Maximum versatility and accuracy in fibre preparation due to different plant configurations duly designed according to the fibres to be processed as well as the type of final product required features.

carding section

Productivity above 1,000 kg/h and perfect control of fibre web orientation so as to guarantee determined and constant mechanical features of final products.

lap forming section

High versatility for final product width achievement up to 15 metres, while always guaranteeing high performance levels due to the advanced control of fibre lap profiling (Patented PROFILE System) at a 150 m/min production speed.

bonding section

Progressive needle punching action designed to avoid undesired product deformation and/or uncontrolled product draft to guarantee high quality standards. Variable configurations according to the type of product to be manufactured.

cutting and wind-up section

Transversal cutting without process interruption due to duly provided material accumulation devices.

Longitudinal cutting according to requested sizes and automatic formation of large diamater and heavy weight rolls.

GEOTEXTILE - USA

Needle punched and calendered nonwoven production line for application in the geotextile field. This configuration makes it possible to feed up to 2 different components by using fibres finenness ranging from 1.5 to 17 dTex. Productivity reaches 800 kg/h and the final product weight ranges from 120 to 850 g/m². Final product widths up to 6 - 7 m.

FELTS FOR PAPER INDUSTRY - USA

Needle-punched nonwoven production line for application in the paper industry. This configuration adopts a more advanced technology for perfect finished product quality control. Fibres finenness range from 1.7 to 100 dTex. Final product width up to 15 m. Final product weight less than 100 g/m² (depending on the features of the fibres being processed), while guaranteeing perfect evenness of final products.

FELTS FOR PAPER INDUSTRY - FRANCE

Needle-punched nonwoven production line for application in the paper industry. The special line configuration adopted allows the manufacture of endless felts with top mechanical performance features and perfect control of finished product quality. Fibres finenness range from 1.5 to 17 dTex. Wide final product weight range due to the endless felt formation system. Final product width up to 8 m.
