Cormatex manufactures complete lines for the production of thermobonded nonwovens designed for the production of hi-density and hi-loft (low-density) products with different composition as well as physical and mechanical features, with the ability to process natural or manmade, virgin or regenerated fibres. The high technological level being achieved due to a constant commitment of the company in R&D allows our lines producing more with a better quality. opening and blending sectionMaximum versatility guaranteed by the possibility of processing natural and manmade fibres, both virgin and regenerated. Blending accuracy, especially with very heterogeneous fibre blends, is achieved by using sophisticated micro-weighing feeding systems. |
carding sectionProductivity above 1,000 kg/h and perfect control of fibre web evenness. |
lap forming sectionProduction speed up to 150 m/min and advanced control of fibre lap profiling (Patented PROFILE System) make it possible to achieve high quality of final products and line high production capacity.

bonding sectionThe thermobonding oven equipped with a double belt transporting system is designed for the constant control of fibre thickness and density of the final products by calibrating it during the thermobonding phase. Alternative thermobonding systems may also be provided for (such as infrared or hot-calendering or perforated drum type) depending on the type of final application requested. In special cases a needle-punching process may also be combined. |
cutting and wind-up sectionTransversal cutting without process interruption due to duly provided material accumulation devices. Longitudinal cutting according to requested sizes and automatic formation of large diamater and heavy weight rolls. Guillotine or running blade type cutting systems. In special hi-density applications, the final product is cut into blankets and gathered on a duly provided conveyor belt, to allow piling it either manually or automatically by the installation of an automatic stacking device. |
 AUTOMOTIVE - RUSSIAProduction line for thermobonded nonwoven designed for automotive applications. This line configuration makes it possible to feed up to 4 different components by using virgin or regenerated fibres with different finenness features. Line productivity exceeds 1,000 kg/h and the final product weight ranges from 400 to 3,000 g/m² for the manufacture of various internal components designed for cars and trucks. Final product width up to 3,500 mm and, for special applications, the use of a needle-punching machine is provided for before the thermobonding section.

 FURNISHING - AUTOMOTIVE - ITALYProduction line for thermobonded nonwovens designed for furnishing and automotive sectors. This line configuration adopts the most advanced technology for the production of high and low-density products, mainly made of polyester and thermoplastic fibres, by using a thermobonding oven equipped with a material calibration system to allow determining the thickness and density of final products. Final product width up to 3,000 mm. Line productivity reaches 800 kg/h.

 FURNISHING – HUNGARYComplete nonwoven line for the production of thermobonded products for furnishing application. By producing a product max. width of 2800 mm., the line is mainly producing products for beddings and quiltings, as well as blankets and other high quality products. The line configuration characterizes for a special cutting system specifically studied for applications on high volume waddings even non-thermally treated.
