Cormatex manufactures complete opening and blending lines for woollen and worsted/semi-worsted spinning systems. They are very versatile, provided for high performance and able to perfectly adjust to the customer’s requirements. Due to its consolidated experience in the field, in which it has been active ever since the early ‘40s, it has developed its production by specialising in top quality applications, by developing specific technologies to treat fine and extra -fine fibres, such as cashmere, camel hair, angora, llama, vicuña, guanaco, etc.

Bale opener

Fibres, fed in compressed bales, are preliminary opened through a careful mechanical action to avoid damage to or shortening of the fibres themselves.

Carding willow and fibre opener

The deep opening action exercised on the material is obtained by means of cylinders equipped with different types of clothing, depending on the length of the fibre to be processed. The fibre opener and carding willow are therefore installed in parallel, to increase process flexibility as well as fibre opening quality, as they are able to process fibres whose nature, origin and features can be totally different.

Oiling chamber

Fibres being processed are treated with duly provided lubricating mixtures, which ease their processing in the following process stages. The system is optimised as to guaranteeing perfect spraying of auxiliary substances on the fibres being processed.

Blending bin with movable bin emptier

Blending bins, which are usually installed in pairs, are equipped with a movable-displacing feed condenser each (which provides for a longitudinal and transversal movement), designed to uniformly deposit the fibres inside the bin without transport air; this system therefore guarantees perfect fibres blend homogeneity, also when blending fibres having different weight and, above all, when a high number of components and/or colours are involved.

Opening and blending plant for a cashmere yarn production line. The line configuration is very versatile, as it enables processing both short and long fibres. The opening and blending plant is designed to process light and high quality fibres, so as to avoid damage and shortening, which would impair quality features of the final product.

CASHMERE WOOLLEN SPINNING LINE - CHINA

Production line for top quality woollen yarns made of pure cashmere or cashmere blended with silk to obtain extra -fine yarn count range (Nm 48 -52 -60). The line configuration is designed and optimised to process light and high quality fibres by fully preserving their original quality features. This line produces knitwear yarns intended for worldwide exportation.

CASHMERE WOOLLEN SPINNING LINE CHINA

Production line for pure cashmere woollen yarns with a fine count range (Nm 28 -34). The line configuration is designed and optimised for processing light and high quality fibres, while ensuring final product quality and a high production capacity. This line produces yarns intended both for the knitwear and woven garments manufacturing.
