The longstanding tradition and experience acquired in the textile sector, along with the employment of modern design and manufacturing techniques, have enabled the development and creation of high performance woollen spinning lines, with extremely flexible configurations, capable of processing any type of natural and/or manmade fibres (both virgin and regenerated), while maximising quantity and quality output.

The application sectors covered by this technology range from coarse yarns, to average/fine yarns, to fine and extra-fine yarns, with a particular specialisation in processing high quality fine fibres such as cashmere, camel hair, angora, llama, vicuña, guanaco, etc., with yarn count range up to Nm 60 in cashmere-silk blends.

Opening and blending section

This section ensures perfect opening and blending of the fibres being processed, so as to guarantee high quality and productivity to the following process stages. Section configuration is optimised according to the type of required production.

Carding section

 

The carding section was developed over the years to produce an extremely light and even fibre web across the whole machine width, being it an essential condition to obtain high quality yarns. Particularly, for the production of fine and extra-fine count yarns, special machine configurations have been adopted which provide for a micro-weighing fibre feed system, parallel fibre web transporting systems, tape condensers equipped with single-tape arrangement and individual speed control of each machine section.

Spinning section

The mule spinning machine perfectly adapts for the production of high quality woollen yarns. The last generation of mule spinning machine (mod. C7), equipped with movable feed carriage and stationary spindle unit, represents the perfect solution when top quality production is required to be achieved in terms of fine and extra-fine count range (woollen yarns up to Nm 60) along with high yarn evenness. The main use of this technology relates to production plants that are specifically designed for yarns made of cashmere or other high quality fibre processing.

CASHMERE WOOLLEN SPINNING LINE - CHINA

Production line for pure cashmere woollen yarns with a fine count range (Nm 28-34). The line configuration is designed and optimised for processing light and high quality fibres, while ensuring final product quality and a high production capacity. This line produces yarns intended both for the knitwear and woven garments manufacturing.

CASHMERE WOOLLEN SPINNING LINE - CHINA

Production line for top quality woollen yarns made of pure cashmere or cashmere blended with silk to obtain extra-fine yarn count range (Nm 48-52-60). The line configuration is designed and optimised to process light and high quality fibres by fully preserving their original quality features. This line produces knitwear yarns intended for worldwide exportation.

CASHMERE WOOLLEN SPINNING LINE - ITALY

Production line for woollen yarns made out of cashmere or other high quality fine fibres (such as angora, camel-hair, yak), either pure or in blend. The line configuration is optimised for processing light weight fibres also in very heterogeneous blends, thus guaranteeing the achievement of extremely high quality yarns. This line produces fine-count knitwear yarns, mainly intended for the Italian market.
