Metal and foreign particle detector

Metals and/or foreign matters that may be contained by the material in working process must be detected and removed from the production cycle, to prevent equipment and components damage. Special detectors are installed along the production line at specific position.

Dust filtering system

The dust is conveyed into a filtering system made of special cotton filtering sleeves to reduce working area contamination by pollution. On special working installations, complex treatment and centralized filtering systems of the technological air are also available. These filtering systems can also be installed in dedicated rooms, as necessary, to optimise the working area contamination control.

Safety and protection system

All the production lines are equipped with active and passive protection systems, in compliance with the European provisions in force. The operators’ safety is an integral part of the mechanical design and manufacturing techniques of our machines, which concretizes with a customised implementation of the best safety technologies, to perfectly fit on every single project.

Magnetic trap

This device detects metal particles that might be present in the pneumatic conveying system, by deflecting the air flow toward specifically assembled magnets.

Magnetic bar

This device is installed nearby mateial carrying on conveyors to detect ferrous material. It is usually installed at the beginning of the production cycle.

Metal Detector mod. TE-Digit

This device detects ferrous and non-ferrous particles being contained in the materials under process.

Metal detector mod. TT

This system detects ferrous and non-ferrous particles in the material flow inside the conveying pipes; such a detected particles are automatically expelled into dedicated containers.
