Machine designed and developed to guarantee the homogenous and constant fibres feed to the card, with constant weighing values. The fibres are homogenously dosed thanks to a dosing roller. The electronic control system installed on the Feeder, combined with the load cell micro-weighing system installed on the weighing pan, guarantees that weight fluctuations are kept within 1% vs. the set weight. PLC-controlled AC drive with inverter.

The system guarantees the constant fibre feeding to the following carding phase by keeping the weight drops variation below 1% of the set value.

 

The inclined spiked belt conveyor (02) feeds the material to the discharging roller (03). The material is dosed by a dosing spiked belt conveyor (01), accurately designed to work with high quality fibres such as cashmere, or by a simple dosing roller. This device provides feeding a constant fibre quantity to the following process phase. The material will be discharged onto a weighing pan (04), whenever the fibre transported to the following phase must be accurately weighed, or directly discharged onto a conveyor belt or into a volumetric chamber (mod. CRV) when such a measurement is not required.
