Machine developed to maximise fibre opening operations, as well as for the preliminary blend of the various fibre components, especially in the process of long staple fibres. The machine is equipped with a pair of feed rollers, a main cylinder equipped with three pairs of working and stripping rollers, controlled by an inverter that guarantees the accurate adjustment of the working speed, to ensure high working flexibility and process quality.

The 3 pairs of worker and strippers are covered of especially profiled metal wire for the efficient opening and mixing of the long fibres, to minimise fibre breaking/shortening.

This machine is an optimised version of fibre opener, capable of processing short and / or regenerated fibres. The machine can be installed in parallel with the carding willow, thus increasing the flexibility of the opening and blending lines. The main cylinder is covered with conical pins; the density of the pins depends on the fineness of the fibres being processed. An automated system removes the material that has not been sufficiently opened.
