The long tradition and experience gained by our company in the textile sector, coupled with the most modern design and construction techniques allowed us manufacturing high performance carding machines model CFS, with flexible configurations in order to process every kind of natural or synthetic fiber (both raw or regenerated) with the maximum performance in terms of end product quality and productivity. Our carding technology allows achieving a perfectly blended and even fiber web, which are essential features to help high quality and productivity achievements even on the machines that follow the card.

main frame

The CFS series Cards are assembled on a special steel side frame treated at 870°C and assembled by UNIBLOCK modular system. More than allowing high machine prerformance, such a configuration permits to reduce odinary maintenance and cleaning operations drastically, thanks to a rack type equipped rail that allows displacing the various carding groups.

Random rollers

They randomize the fiber orientation in the web so as to achieve a bulky and resilient final product, increasing also its tensile strength on the cross direction.

They can be assembled as an optional equipment, depending on need, on one or both the Card doffers.

Special workers and strippers support

A shock absorber is assembled on each side of the rollers to prevent any possible vibration even when running the machine at high speed, thus allowing very fine roller gauging at full advantage of web quality achievement with higher fiber paralelization level.

Teleservice assistance

This system allows the remote connection of the machine as well as the entire production line to our office, thus allowing our technical staff to check machine operative parameters and eventual malfunctionings 24 hours a day, to be able assisting machine operators by remote support and help.

Top covers and side guards!

Top covers provided by hermetic closing to avoid air passage from machine sides. The system allows protecting fibers in working cycle from air turbolences, to prevent finer fibers migration toward machine sides, by allowing at the same time to discharge the air flow through the bottom side of the machine where there is no fiber in working process. The web evennes is more homogeneous and its quality more constant. Top covers lifting up is electrically driven. The side guards are made of sliding doors provided with wide windows, complete with antiaccident devices at EC Standards.

Indipendent Drive

The main transmission drive is provided of a latest generation electronic control system that allows driving the machine from the control panel directly, thus permitting the maximum operative flexibility by granting the best machine performance both in terms of quality and production capacity with any type of fiber processing. The drive of the various machine groups is independent and Inverter driven, so as to guarantee independent speed settings. The main motor drive (12) allows adjusting the general machine performance by setting the speed of the Breast roller (04) and the one of the main cylinder (05).
