From 20th to 23rd of March Cormatex will exhibit at Inlegmash 2018 in Moscow showing innovative technologies for Woollen Spinning and Nonwovens. It is a great opportunity for us to promote the advantages of our special technologies for Wool and other animal fibers such as the Wool Deburring machine that removes vegetable impurities from raw wool through a pure mechanical process, as well as to explore the huge opportunities of waste recycling offered by our innovative Airlay technologies for nonwovens. We will display some of the recently developed nonwoven samples made of vegetable fibers such as bamboo fiber for mattress application and various examples of wastes we have successfully processed on our pilot line.

Cormatex Machinery portfolio for Nonwovens includes opening and blending systems for virgin fibers, post-industrial and post-consumer waste materials, Carding & Cross Lapping technology,  “Lap Formair V” (an Airlay system producing a perfectly Vertical fiber orientation in the final product) with a very wide weight range up to 10.000 gsm and excellent resiliency and thermal and acoustic insulation properties, “Lap Formair H” (a unique Airlay system creating a perfectly Horizontal fibers orientation in the final product) providing high mechanical properties even at low weights (100 gsm) and capable of processing very short fibers as well as powder resin, longitudinal and cross cutting machines (high speed cross cutter with flying blade) combined with edge trim recycling machines of various configurations, automatic winders.

Cormatex machinery Portfolio for Woollen Spinning includes Wool Deburring machine, Dehairing machines for cashmere, alpaca and other special fibers, opening and blending systems , Carding sets and Mule Spinning Frames (brand new or fully reconditioned).
