Airlay production line for thermobonded nonwovens for mattress and automotive applications. A 2.4 m wide Cormatex Horizontal Airlay “lap formair H” has been integrated with machines sourced directly by our customer from Asian suppliers to guarantee high quality production. This installation proves the extreme versatility and compatibility of our technology capable of adapating to any line configuration. This line produces innovative materials for mattress application made of coconut and shoddy fiber, ranging from 600 gsm to over 2500 gsm, as well as acoustic insulating panels for automotive application.
